Business valuation estimator
What your business may be worth, and how much it can borrow. Two minutes, free.
How it's calculated
We apply planning rules of thumb, not market data: owner-run businesses often change hands at 2–3.5× seller's discretionary earnings (profit plus the owner's pay and add-backs), small companies at 3–5× EBITDA, and revenue multiples are a cross-check that rises with growth. Real values depend on your industry, size, customers and the market, and only a credentialed appraiser can give a certified value.
Estimates only, for planning. Real terms depend on the lender or investor. Nothing you enter here is stored.
