How it's calculated
With a post-money SAFE, the holder's ownership at conversion is roughly the amount ÷ the cap. If there's a discount, the SAFE converts at whichever gives the investor the lower price. This ignores other SAFEs and the new round's option pool, so treat it as an estimate.
